Been on the hunt for an electric bed for some time now. We saw the sale signs outside and went in for a look and yes! They had electric beds! Our consultant Maria was great, she didn't push anything on us and just wanted to make sure we were matched to the right bed and mattress. We ended up purchasing a package for an awesome price.There was a little hiccup with a part missing when it was delivered but when we called up, the team went above and beyond to investigate and fix the problem. They kept us updated through the whole process and came and delivered the part within the week.We are around 2 months into our new bed set and its been amazing. Haven't woken up sore at all. Feeling refreshed every morning. Very glad we walked in that day.

Last week my partner and I attended Beds N Dreams, a little unsure and just starting to look at a bed for our new home. We were assisted by Peter and very impressed by his presentation ability. He spoke clearly and professionally, addressing our needs and answering questions about our concerns. We left happy and confident this would serve us well for years to come.

Bought a bed, dresser and x2 bedside tables from here. One of the bedside tables , dresser was scratche and damaged , I have emailed the business and manager about this , they send some one and he just fill the scratches with black marker ,seriously manager was bad and very rude,The dresser mirror was damaged while they replaced the mirror the guys damaged the dresser and now they have refused to replace the dresser,have also taken the complaint to consumers affairs.Very poor customer service,one of the worst experience ever I had never recommend it ever.so disappointing and very rude manger.Never recommended……..

Store was good, good variety of kids beds, found the perfect bed that we wanted.Sales tactic though:Me: Like this bed, could you do something on the price?, (paying cash)Salesperson: Let me check on the system.After 2 minutesSalesperson: Sorry can't do, this price label is incorrect, its meant to be $1,350 not @1,200. I can still do this price just today, come back tomorrow and it will be $1,350.Me after an hour or shopping around: We will get it, pick it up tomorrow. (paid deposit)Went back to pickup, still the same price ($1,200), checked three days later, still the same price online.

Shocking place, the mattress they sold us was causing physical pain after a few years, something wasn’t right and you could see the major indentations in the mattress where we slept, we are not heavy people. We attempted to lodge a warranty claim and never heard back from them, walked a few shops west and had the most amazing lady sell us a mattress from Harvey Norman with not much price difference and have been sleeping soundly and pain free since. Do yourself a favor and go and see Karen at Harvey Norman Gepps Cross, it will save you in physiotherapy bills too, if I could give zero stars I would. Cheap and nasty.

Bought a bed, mattress and x2 bedside tables from here. One if the bedside tables the paint is blistering and very rough in areas I have emailed the business and manager about this, they have refused to replace the bed side table as'not structural damage" Have also taken the complaint to consumer affairs. Not good enough. Very poor customer service. How can this business sell such stuff. So disappointing Not happy"
