Nord Apartments

My family and I love living at Nord apartments. Our lifestyle manager Ben is amazing.I am grateful to Ben for being such a wonderful person. Ben is professional and responds to any query with care and tries to solve any problem.Ben really cares about us, the tenants, our safety and always provides an outstanding service.Ben makes us feel welcome and we feel that we belong to a little community that is our building (we know so many people and say hello in the elevator and/or in the hallway).This is all thanks to Ben, because he makes our place feel relaxed, but vigilant, caring, respectful and safe.Ben always makes sure that we all do the right thing. If we do not, Ben will remind us kindly about current rules and procedures, so that we can all be safe.Thank you, Ben. We are so grateful to you every day and we value what you do for me and my family and all of us at Nord apartments.

Ben is our building manager, he is such a kind, warm-heart and lovely person. He is always there when people need help and always responsive to any request. Nord is the most neat and clean apartment I have ever lived under his great organization.

I have been living in Nord since 2019 and it has been amazing. It’s always peaceful and tidy. The residents are very friendly. Also, just love the fact that I get to meet adorable pups in the hallways and the elevator. Furthermore, the cleaning staff are amicable and industrious. Our building manager, Ben, is an absolute legend. He will always go above and beyond for the residents. During lockdown, he encouraged us to play online bingo with our neighbors and it was something we really enjoyed. Overall he is not just an amazing building manager, but also a really good friend. Would highly recommend living in Nord ❤️

Great location, very short walk to the tram stop and a quick trip into the heart of the city. Heaps of amenities available and easily accessible. Ben and the building management are friendly, approachable and happy to help with any questions, they also take the safety of the residents seriously and take measures to keep the building clean safe and secure.

I've just moved from interstate and not familiar with Melbourne. The building manager, Ben is one of the main reason that I've decided to rent @ Nord without even seeing the apartment. Aside from all the advantages of having concierge services (no delivery left unattended), he went above and beyond in helping me with moving in, finding out local services and even working out the transport system. Ben has also held events like Games night, Puppy playdate, etc for all the building residents to mingle around. It is so nice to have met friendly neighbours in the building as a result. Thank you Ben for all your help and dedications to your work!

The best thing about Nord is absolutely Ben the Building Manager! He is always caring and considerate of every person living at Nord and can help with anything you need. Ben always goes above and beyond to help out and is hands down the best Building Manager in Melbourne!

The Nord Apartments is well located, very close to several large hospitals, and the University of Melbourne. There are plenty of good restaurants and cafes in the vicinity, and the tram station is at the door. The apartments themselves are good for families/groups of up to four people, some fully furnished for those in need for a season.Building manager Ben is a separate review! He is super attentive, helpful and friendly. Always willing to help as quickly as possible.

Great place to stay when I needed an apartment for ~6 months. Its very close to the city as well as the University of Melbourne and the Royal Melbourne Hospital. The building is always kept very clean, and the concierge, Ben, was absolutely brilliant -- so helpful, and always welcoming. It was a very well managed building. I very much enjoyed my time there and will miss the fabulous view from my city-facing 7th floor apartment.

There are lots of people in the world that can do their job to the standard of its description, but very few who can bring their own brand of care, drive, passion, empathy and redefining the standard of the role.Ben, the Lifestyle Manager at Nord has a talent for instantly making you feel at home. He manages the building with the precision and understanding of a Fortune 500 CEO, while remaining incredibly approachable and maintaining a great sense of humour.If it’s not clear in my previous comments, this man is the gold standard in his field and one of life’s truly excellent blokes.
