After four years of hell with my previous 3PL (big Australian company with seven warehouses across the globe) and exploring many others in Sydney, I was thrilled to have finally found eCom Logistics. They are genuinely out to help online businesses succeed. They have very honest pricing and are always happy to assist. As I am located in Perth and also work full time, I tend to address business matters early in the morning and late at night. eCom Logistics have been very flexible and we have had planned and impromptu meetings (teleconference and video conference) after hours (including weekends). Nothing is too hard for them and service is always very friendly. I have recommended and will keep recommending eCom Logistics to others as I know how important having an excellent 3PL is to the success of online businesses!
