F45 Training

My time here at F45 Pymble has been, and still is nothing but awesome! I've been training with the team here for around 10 months now and the results I saw in such a short period of time here were nothing but positive and entirely motivating. Nothing better than having a fabulous fitfam and great, experienced trainers to help guide and support you on your fitness journey!

A friend finally convinced me to give F45 a try. I was afraid it would be too hard and that I would stand out as the one person not in perfect shape. But, it's such a welcoming environment, and more low-key than I expected. Everyone is driven to do their own best. The trainers are really encouraging and helpful. It's hard. Really hard. But in a good way. I haven't pushed myself like this since high school sport.

F45 Pymble is one of the best gyms I have ever been to and stuck with! the trainers are all enthusiastic and welcoming as are the clients, which makes it so much easier to keep coming back!

F45 Pymble is THE BEST! It has turned me into one of those crazy people who wakes up early to go to the gym, I'm obsessed! The team is amazing and everyone in the classes are so friendly and supportive, I love my fit fam :)

I was very skeptical of the whole F45 training idea until I decided to give it a go. I tried a few studios but Pymble by far was the best one, the trainers are fantastic compared to the surrounding studios. I can now say I am in love with F45, it has changed my life, I have never felt so fit and strong. Well done to the team!

I love the F45 brand and this is the best F45 studio! The trainers are so non intimidating, but encouraging, helpful and friendly. The studio is a great size and organises some outings for it's members. I truly feel apart of a bigger family which keeps me motivated and committed! Thank you F45 for all of the support!

Such an awesome gym! Trainers are so friendly, accomodating, fun and knowledgable. Classes are intense and give you the best workout! Would highly recommend contacting them for a free trial, one of the best gyms around the north!

I was so scared to try F45 as I had heard that it was really hard.The Pymble studio were so amazing, they gave me a proper induction and slowed everything down for me until I was really comfortable. The trainers are fantastic, the gym is always very clean which is great.I am so happy I joined, I have never stuck to anything and I have been doing this for 2 years and still love it! Highly recommended

I cannot recommend F45 Pymble to people enough. I trained there for about 18 months or so and in that time I not only gained strength physically and mentally within myself but I gained some beautiful friends. We saw each other on a daily basis and became a close knit group who did nothing but motivate and support each other through tough times inside and outside the gym.I sadly resigned from my job in Pymble and am now on the Central Coast so I don't train there anymore but I miss these guys terribly. The only reason I took so long to find a new job was because I didn't want to leave my team at F45 Pymble.The trainers are second to none and they are so professional in how they teach and push you to beat your best. They get to know each and every member of their gym and treat them like family; something I've never experienced at any other gym.These guys deserve more than a 5 star rating, they're absolute legends and I guarantee you will not regret joining their team!!!!

I love this gym! The trainers are so dedicated, and make it their priority to help you achieve your healthy and fitness goals. I have tried so many different gyms and training methods, but this is one that really works because you can stick to it. The Pymble team are like family and make it enjoyable to work out - even at 6am. Highly recommend this gym!
