Staff were not friendly,or helpful except warehouse person, very take it or leave it attitude promised delivery after payment they were late getting my goods, when it finally arrived staffer rang and said come and get it or you will have to wait until after Christmas.for delivery.even though it was there problem it was late and delivery was supposed to be included. If you can get products elsewhere,do so !!

I bought a larger scooter the Aficscooter C4 from Lifestyle Mobility Scooters. The perfect scooter for me. Delivery was good too. Very happy. Kerrie talked me through the perks of the scooter. I’ve since ordered another scooter so it can come apart to fit in peoples boots of their car. It’s the Colibri. So excited I can’t wait for it to arrive. *****

Do not buy from this company. They are going into voluntary administration and will sell you an unsafe scooter that will leave you stranded. Beware they lie cheat and ignore you. I have documentation to prove this.

Do not buy from this company. Bought a top gun bandit in january and it was damaged on delivery. Chased up numerous times no help even with photos of damage etc. Then wheel was punctured and destroyed no help at all been a few weeks now without a mobility scooter. Bought it from them will not help me told me to they dont deal with top gun bandit anymore and I would have to go through top gun company themselves for any help. They are brilliant when you want to buy something but ignore and pass the buck when you want help. Never ever will I recommend this company. NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
