Considering it is such a sad time to organise a funeral loosing a loved one, Gavin was exceptional. He assisted us alot in orgnaising my mothers funeral and always called me to check in if he could do anything to help. He met with us at our house and made sure we understood everything that needed to be done (as it feels so overwhelming at the time) and helped us with anything we weren't sure on. Often mistaken for another high profile funeral company with a similar name, Sincerity Funerals of Cronulla has conducted a number of my close family members funerals. A small, family run business, I can not fault Gavin's passion and professionalism. He is honorable, ethical and also a First Responder in the states Emergency Services. He has compassion and a no-fuss approach which keeps his fees to a minimum. He has a personal touch and genuine interest in making these tough times proceed without any fuss.
