I am very happy with the job done in updating my solar system by James and the team. The old system was a bit worse for wear after 10 years of use. I was given a quick and timely quote with two options of replacing my old system with a heat pump or putting a replacement solar collector on the roof.I choose the solar collector option and the team did a great job of not only replacing the matting, pump and controller but also fixed a rust spot under the old system and fixed some loose trimming on one of my roof windows. This was above and beyond.The new systems is working fantastically and the whole process from intial contact to completion only took a week.I have no hesitations in recommending the team for any pool heating work you might require

Contacted Pool Heating Solutions WA (James) after my pool solar heating matting sprung a pinhole leak. James got all necessary parts to fix the issue delivered to my door within a day. Did the repair myself which was easy with all the correct equipment supplied by James.Great friendly efficient service!

Big thanks to the guys at PHS WA.Enquired about an electric pool heater and had a instant reply from James through email and phone. His knowledge and willingness to provide information was excellent.With in a week I had a site visit and quote, new Madimack heat pump installed and removal off old solar piping from the roof of the house. All install work was done by Heath and couldn’t fault it. Pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend.

The service I received from James at Pool Heating Solutions WA has been awesome and I would highly recommend this company.Heath was the one who came out to carry out the repair of a burst pipe on my roof. He was amazing and extremely professional, checking the condition of the matting and making sure there were no other issues as well as fixing the burst pipe. I will definitely use them again when it's time for a replacement.Fast, efficient and very lovely people.

I can't recommend James and his team highly enough. James even came out and did a site visit on a Saturday to make sure all would go well on install day. He also contacted me after install to check I was happy with the work carried out. It's refreshing to see there are still companies out there that deliver to such a high standard. My only regret is not getting the heating done years ago.

Had an issue with a faulty pump after having my pool heater for 1 year. Contacted James who then went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Now have a new and better pump installed.Excellent customer service from James and Heath, I recommend them to anybody thinking of purchasing a pool heater.Keep up the good work
