Got a punctured tyre on my bus in a very dangerous place. Robin came to save the day for me. Safely got my bus on the truck and was able to tow my jetski at the same time. Great safety, great work, great guy, grest company.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.Terrible service, booked a tow roughly a week in advance. Pick up midday, called at 12 to see where the truck was at and was told we would get a call back in 15 minutes with an eta... 45 minutes passes and no call so called again. Told he forgot and would check again, called back to say the driver wouldn't be there till 2:30pm or later. Found another tow company for the same price that came and collected within 30 minutes.

Dissappointing & extra charges dispite a quote a few days prior.No way I'm getting their service.Need my breakdown vehicle to be at work shop by 8am only at 7 plus then they said that they are on their way. Their tow truck got wings can fly from Brisbane South to Brisbane North.Quote was $177 in the end was charged extra $130++ when my vehicle was on their tow truck being towed away after some time . Total damaged was $300++ . Too bad I could not add screen shots of the quote, the text messages & 2 charges transactions as proof for my review.
