Shivani was amazing, fitting me in on short notice, she was immediately warm and friendly, she listened to what I wanted and delivered it professionally.I had a cut and blow dry, on my first visit, and felt confident to let her colour and foil my hair today, I’m very happy, I would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends and family.This is my first ever review I’ve done..My experience was so good I had to take the time to do this review.This was my second visit, and both times I was met with exceptional customer service, I felt like I was listened to and offered great service from all the staff I came into contact with.

Will definitely come back for a cut or color.I received a very professional service from Ivan blowdrying my hair. Highly recommended.

The staff were generally nice. Although I had to repeat what I wanted over 10 times and show multiple pictures, still left the salon with my hair looking nothing like the pictures I had shown. (Which was a balayage) I went back the next day, shown the picture again and asked if they could do as I asked, after a second round of bleach my hair still wasn’t as asked and she had actually brought the bleach right up to my root.I ended up going to Toni and Guy in Broadbeach for a second look and the lady straight away got her phone out and brought up a picture of exactly what I had explained and I’m the end did a colour correction. Long story kind of short I now love my hair and would avoid Fredrico’s at any cost.I’ve never wrote a review before and actually set up an account just to write this review. Amateur hair salon and was quite stressful because they don’t listen.

This place absolutely kills it. I come up from Melbourne every so often just to get my permanent straightening done and the quality and service is amazing. Frederico's is the only place I can trust with a job like that as I really like to take care of my hair. The hairdressers never rush to get your hair done - they always take time and effort to ensure you are more than happy with your style. They are also very engaging when doing your hair and the prices are really good. Highly recommend to all.

I have been going to Frederico’s for well over 7 years and have never had any complaints about price or service I have received. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I have lost count of the times I have been complimented about my hair and asked where I had it done.Vesna and her staff are professional and respectful always. I was quite worried cause it’s my first time there plus I wanted to dye my hair ( natural black) without bleaching at all. After Courtney cut and colored I couldn’t be happier! She tried her best to make it work. Highly recommended this salon!
