I have frequented this butcher for years in an effort to support small family business instead of bigger corporations.The last time I entered, I explained that I was medically exempt from wearing a mask. The staff member asked to see the certificate, in which I happily showed it. Today I was told that I will be refused service even thought I am medically exempt.My medical exemption has allowed me on to flights, inside shopping centres etc and even when questioned by police, my certificate has been substantial.Please look into your methods surrounding this.There are better ways to handle it.

Well worth the visit! Always plenty of variety, from the basic steaks n snags, pre made stir fry mixes for the simplest dinner in a hurry, awesome little low and slow bbq supply shop too! Staff super friendly and helpful! 10/10

Asked for a cut of meat waited 4 days as they had to wait for next delivery so planned a dinner rock up and they only have half the order. Then tell me I have to wait until Monday. Call me crazy but 1 week to get some meat for 1 dinner is not good service. Shame on you.After speaking to David who is the lovely owner of the Clancy James we have come to a resolution. Thank you David for you time and for being so gracious I will be using them again.
