First of all, we received great customer service from Perth Electric Bike Centre.We have been shopping around for e-bikes for a while and found our ideal bikes at this shop. Very happy with the new Kalkhoff bikes. Our many technical questions about the bikes were answered by Marcel and followed up with phone calls how we were doing after our first road test.We could not be more happy and can highly recommend the shop to any future customer.

We bought 2 Focus Adventura 6.8 for trekking based on Marcel’s advice. We love the bikes! We also bought a bike carrier after Marcel and Felix gave a thorough explanation of the pros and cons of various models. I bought a Kalkhoff Entice1B Move of Perth Electric Bikes and I am absolutely delighted with it. Marcel was very knowledgeable, professional and approachable. We went to several bike shops and looked at many bikes before deciding on this. The quality of the bikes Marcel showed us were superior to any others we had looked at and the bike I chose definitely outperforms any others I tried. Really recommend coming here if youre looking for an electric bike! I went to a lot of places and this definitely had the best range of products!The staff were very friendly, transparent and extremely knowledgeable. I was able to test drive the bike and ended up purchasing from these guys!Highly recommend :)
