Went to get a ring (that was purchased from that store) resized and was told it couldn’t be done. Went to Angus and Coote opposite and was told it could be. Absolutely rude staff, who offer no options, suggestions or recommendations, and who treat you as if you are an inconvenience for walking into their empty store.

Terrible service, rude staff, went in to try and get ring sizings and literally refused to size me, walked across to Michael Hill and they did it straight away, they were astonished at Mazuchellis when I told them what had happenedThough reading the rest of these reviews this now doesn’t suprise me

Stay away from this store. Staff are rude and not professional. They make you feel like you are not worth serving if you are not well dressed and don't look classy or not white. They need more multicutural staff there.
