Anytime Fitness

A Staff with spectacles is a really rude person and has the worst customer service skills.She doesn't know how to respect a customer and bring bad attitude to us.This is the foremost reason of my partner and friends not joining this gym.Service is inevitable. I get it passed to the head office of anytime fitness for my experience with the lady staff name Mani. Such a rude and racist lady. Yelling loud voices and slam the door on customer face. Is that how you treat your customers?

Good range of equipment, consistent with other Anytime branches. Would benefit with a deadlift platform but understand the difficulties with space restrictions.

I want to Thank Christian so much for helping me with my membership . I joined Anytime fitness last year but I wasn’t able to make time for myself, it was a year subscription, which was ended… finally this year I got myself out of my comfort zone and got myself ready for fitness. He helped me with my account since I didn’t make use of it last year, it was completely unexpected and I don’t know how to thank him for helping me. I will make use of the opportunity this year. Plz come and join Anytime fitness Keilor Downs. It’s a great place and I really like the way they look after every individual.

Fantastic facility with all the equipment I need. Staff are friendly and approachable too.

This gym is by far one of the worst gyms . Their management is nothing less than unprofessional. I was a member of this gym. When a situation occurred they are very staff biased, there was no accountability for staff actions. I have provided feedback to the gym however they just provided excuses.This gym is very unhygienic. Staff are racially rude. I have spoken to the owner of the gym about the cleanliness of the gym and they have advised “ it is hard to keep up with the cleaning as the Indians don’t follow our guidelines.” I was shocked how blatantly racist she was.They charged me twice in one month. When shown, however, it’s been over a year and have returned my key and still yet to this day I have not received my $50 dollar refund. Since these gyms are independently owned they make their own rules. They are autonomous on their one rules. Please don’t waste your money to go here, I will not support racist and unprofessional staff.

They were just cash hungry, want your money even if you can't make it to the gym, because of your medical condition.They say lot of rules and create new rules if, you are trying to exit from their club.But when the rules work against them, they cover it up, giving some sort of dirty explanations.Hope no one falls for their trap

The consultant have no time give proper information about joining .very worst .They eat the money for nothing . Very unprofessional to deal with the clients . Worst policies . They dont even care to update your profile once joined. They just cut ur money from account and then speak policies which they wont explain when joined

Great Gym all around. I could say they can bring or install more equipment into the place but it's only due to the limited space of the gym. Great workers and are very courteous and helpful. Awesome equipment plus great resources such as boxing gloves and pads, along with weights with all kinds of numbers for anybody to use.

Never recommend anyone, very dodgy management, charged extra, very vague cancellation policy and customer service been terrible.Join the next door (Brimbank City Council Center) which is much better and bigger.
