Specsavers Optometrists - Seven Hills

I was having problem with my script and the lab made mistakes in grinding the lenses, and as time passed my power also might've changed. That was correctly identified by the Spec Saver Optometrists at Seven Hills and he ordered the lenses to be made again, finally I got them and so far it seems that is serving with some issues till present but I would try to leave with that. I believe as this is very important to our eye health every spectacle made with complex lenses should be checked by another person (second set of eyes) before the lease grinding process is activated at laboratory and carry a sticker OK Checked with date & signature by default

Exceptional customer service. I went in to get a new pair of glasses. Was served by Eva. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Friendly service, though getting your order can be a bit slow (last few times I have had to call up and enquire if they are ready to be collected, and they had been sitting there for days, and no one had contacted me).I had gone in on 30.05.2023 to get contact lenses, and they gave me a trial pack, however, these are expired, by two years! Anyone who has used contacts knows that you should not wear expired contact lenses, so it's really concerning that they had given these to me without checking their stock.

The optometrists are extremely professional and skilled and provide practical advice in addition to usual eye health checks. The desk staff are always extremely helpful and have been wonderful in helping me choose frames and explaining various lens options.

Another Specsavers that is so professional, staff are great, hygiene is paramount, every thing is wiped down between clients & prices are great. I won't ever go to another optometrist / brand.

Every time my family attends our appointments we had a great experience , staff are very professional and helpful. But this review is to say to the team a big thanks, they went above my expectations to accommodate a safety glasses requirements for my husband, he is a very happy customer. The staff at Seven Hills are a great bunch of people. Yes, they’re young but they are very good at their jobs. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of an eye test. They have a 2 for 1 deal on most of their glasses including scripted sunglasses

Poor customer service, the guy tested my eyes went out serves customers I was left alone for 20minutes no one told me that someone would be with me soon or someone would tell me the result of my eye test. They even gave to another customer my medicare they were looking for it, I just walked out without getting the eye test result. They need re - orientation.

Very nice ambience, Urvashi helped and gave almost hour time for me to get the best glasses for me. Very patience and positive staff
