I got a medium long black from here (along with other coffees) and I got home to give it to the person it’s for and it’s literally only HALF full. I paid $5 for half a coffee? Is your water that expensive you can’t top my cup up when I’ve paid the same for a coffee full of milk. Taken a picture for proof. Bloody joke. Ps coffees were put in a coffee tray otherwise I would have noticed earlier the long black was only half full.

I went to this shop today with my friend ordered 2 lattes, my friend paid by credit card then left the reception to find a seat, then the staff told me my friend just paid for herself, so I had to pay again to buy another coffee, my friend checked her card record said she get charged for 2 x coffees! I bought 6 macrons for $18 to fit the box, when I got home opened, there was just 5 in it!!!! something very wrong with this place !!!!!!!

I ordered a Strawberry Victoria cake and asked for it to be ready by 9am on the day and the woman said thats fine. On the day I got there a little early to ask if it was ready and they said come back at 10am which I couldnt because it was for a surprise at 9am.So they prepared the cake and when I took it back to the office.. the cake wasnt even complete. It was 3 strawberries in the middle when usually in the many previous times Ive bought this cake.. it’s lined with strawberries around it so I actually had to go to Woolworth's and buy strawberries and do it myself which took 5 minutes max..Then about 30minutes after getting the cake; we cut it to discover its FROZEN inside?! It seems many other reviews had the same issue with FROZEN $70 CAKES!

Consistently delicious and immaculate treats!! Always confident that whatever you buy from here will be a few bites of heaven - especially the macaroons... absolutely, ridiculously amazing! Plenty to choose from and most are gluten free. These are the only gluten free things im happy to buy ;)

Omg do not buy carrot cake . Manager was rude and said comes in fresh everyday. I don't think the delivery driver uses an aircon fridge. My cake was obviously left out.

Boss bought an Orange cottage Cheesecake for one of the directors. Cost $70 and it was frozen solid. Very disappointing for the price. Staff should have warned us it needed to defrost.
