While using Andrew's services, we were purchasing a property that was experiencing significant finance delays with banks due to COVID backlogs.Andrew, without calling or contacting us, emailed our vendor's solicitor to say that finance had been declined and to put the property back on the market. This is not only not true (finance approval was still pending) and unethical but actually messing with people's lives.We found out when the real estate agent asked about how to refund our deposit! When contacting Andrew to find out what had happened and why, his reasoning was that people are lousy at letting him know when things don't go through so it was our fault he took it upon himself to void our Contract of Sale. We would unequivocally advise you do NOT use Andrew's services.
