Justin & his team of hard working professional have done a GREAT job on getting my car back on the road. From the start of the whole process it was a pleasure dealing with the staff. They had everything need to do the quote, the car was in the shop a week later with all the parts awaiting fitting. As promised the car was ready 4 days later. Found a bit of a scratch & the team were happy to fix the problem without question. Still have an issue with a sealed light unit of a new genuine part but have been reassured that if the issue doesn't fix itself according to the suppliers information Justin & the team will repair & replace under the manufacturer warrant.If you want a job done properly & professionally you can't go past these guys. I get the feeling that the crew here treat a repair job as if they are repairing their own car. They're not happy with the repair unless you are. My thanks to Justin, the office staff & the guys doing the hard work. Great job & thanks to you all.Justin, you've got a team that take pride in their job & are professionals in what they do. A hard trait to find in a business today.

Dropped in to ask for quote on a small repair on our new Patrol. After a quick look, the gentleman (didn't get his name) said bring it around the back and I'll do it now. Southside Bodyworks did a great job and went above and beyond in the way of customer service. Hope I never need a big panel repair but if i do this is where I'll be going.

The moment my car was booked in for hail damage repair, I was made to feel welcomed and had 100% confidence that the work would be done to top standard. Courtney was amazing and ensured I was always updated on the progress of my car. She was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Due to COVID-19 my car was in for a lot longer than expected, however Courtney ensured I was never left wondering what was happening. Thank you Courtney. The work that was done was of an excellent standard. Thank you to the team that did the repairs.I will certainly be back to you if I ever need any repairs done to my vehicles.

Was highly recommended here by my insurance company so trusted they would do a good job.Just a completely poorly ran business. Communication is poor to say the least. Justin (I believe the owner) completely dismissive and rude. Avoided any issues I had and never returned calls.From the minute I pulled up I should have trusted my instincts.The front carpark was appalling to say the least. Workshop just looked messy and unkept. Not something I would expect a preferred insurance repairer to look like.Workmanship was C grade at best. Nothing lined up properly and was issues with replacement parts not working. Paint work was terrible.No ownership taken by Justin on the standard of poor quality workmanship.Overall. Poorly ran and managed business from the top down. I advise anyone that even if your insurance company refers you to this business to strongly suggest going elsewhere.

Overall a very poor experience. Always some excuse as to why my car wasn't ready.Office staff were extremely rude and incapable of answering basic questions.Was told it would take 2 days. Drove past after a week and was sitting on the premises un touched. Not even started.When I was handed my car back was treated rudely.Job was well below average to top it off.Won't be taking my car back here or recommending them to anyone.

I had my car there for insurance work and these guys did an amazing job. Not only did they fix my car they made it look brand new. They gave amazing customer service. Thanks guys!

I've had my car in there twice through insurance. Both times the car was completed on time, work is to a high standard, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and there was good communication from the shop. I had to take the car back for a squeak coming from a door which they repaired, which they happily fixed on the spot. Highly recommend.

From the first point of contact, Justin and Ashley were very professional and prompt in helping to get my car fixed. They provided a very competitive quote and didn't fluff around. All the workmanship was second to none, which was backed by outstanding customer service and customer focus.
