Confident Kids Child Care & Early Learning Salisbury

My daughter has attended this child care for a year now and I cannot fault the service. Staff members are well informed and friendly. The childcare app. keeps me updated as to what has gone on throughout the day, with photos. The range of food as part of their daily menu is full of variety.

Supervision of children is lacking. My child was injured quite a bit in their care. Workers are very unprofessional and judging of parents.

Staff are amazing, treat your kids like their own.

My daughter started daycare from nursery 2 in the starting it was good with services. But my daughter always don't want to go in daycare always scared. Slowly she got adjusted but in pre Kindy its lack of care and they never pay attention to parents what they informed. My daughter was in same nappy for whole day which she wore it from home and educators had well informed in the morning about nappy but they had not checked and when i went to picked her up in evening I saw that and asked from staff they don't have any words for that.my daughter got very bad rashes due to that but I really appreciate the way Emily work that's wonderful I am thankful to Emily for cooperation everytime.Bit not happy with some of Staff

Staff are friendly and approachable, they truly care about your children and their wellbeing. The centre has a Reggio approach that supports children as individuals and their creativity. The centre caters for many cultures, families and abilities and encourage families to be involved through events and committees.

Highly recommended child care! Since the walk through 12 months ago I felt my little man was safe within the center an hes loved going, they are super accommodating and feed the kids a well balanced diet. I love that throughout the day I am able to check how my son is doing what he's eating drinking

Great staff, understanding, clean. Overall always a happy vibe when you step foot into the centre :)

The staff here are very caring and supportive towards the children and treat the children as their own. Also, any correspondence via email/online app is replied promptly. I like the updates throughout the day with the app.

Go through staff like a revolving door. Very rude and they have no idea how to deal with kids. Let's move onto lunch time, a Vegemite sandwich everyday is ridiculous. Now let's move onto calling the parents to pick them up for absolutely no reason at all just so they can have an early day, or eat Chinese while 1 staff member looks after all the children. then require a certificate to come back. I'm not going to clog the doctors up for no reason at all, there was NOTHING wrong with my child. Would not recommend this centre at all.
