Worst experience, they had our delivery sitting in their depot for a week. I followed up asking why? They took my details and never called back. Questioned the driver and was told that another worker was sick so he got put on another run so they didn't do this run last week. Not acceptable.

They have had my express post package sitting in their possession for three weeks. They only deliver to my suburb on a Friday, and only if they have time. The sender had to chase up the location of my parcel so I could could collect it myself.
