I attended Qscan Radiology Clinic to see DR Larry for my prostate results and even though the results were not in my favor , Dr Larry treated me with sympathy and kindness . His positive approach towards my circumstances gave me great confidence to continue moving on in my life and he was extremely detailed with explaining to me all the concerns i had regarding my health . Dr Larry is by far the kindest and most generous doctor i have seen till this day . Had taken my wife to Q scan clinic for Obstetric scan, Staffs were very good and clinic is well maintained. Suzie was very friendly and did a great job. Cost for scanning was also very reasonable. I would recommend you to visit this clinic for best service.

My wife needed to have a scan at Qscan today. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful young lady. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable and she was attended to promptly.The young man who did the scan was very polite and professional.Parking was easily accessed.Overall it was a pleasant experience for my wife.Thank you.

Had been to Q scan clinic for morphology scan, clinic is well maintained and atmosphere is very pleasant , staffs are kind and very helpful. Suzie was my sonographer she is very kind and made me feel very comfortable throughout, had a very pleasant experience all together and definitely will visit Qcan clinic for my further scanning appointments.

I was uneasy due to an unexpected blood result prior to attending.Suzie was my sonographer and she made me feel incredibly comfortable and cared for.I really appreciate the service and care, if I even do require anything in future, I'll definitely be returning to Q Scan Westmead!

Had a very bad experience at this place. Called thecstaff to get the results and its been 3 weeks still waiting for that results.Unprofessional staff and way expensive as well.

Suzie was my sonographer. She was calm, willing and able to devote considerable amount of time for accurate readings. She was empathetic and a great person. Highly recommended

Distasteful experience at this place.I am a carer and initially had an appointment at Qscan Top Ryde, they said their machines were broken, and as my 92 year old client had fasted and drank lots of water on the day, they referred us to the radiology clinic at Westmead due to her limitations. My client is cognitively impaired. First looks truly deceive and they can have beautiful décor all they like but if customer service and duty of care falls short way beyond your duties to vulnerable customers, then this is a disgrace. We were left waiting 1 whole hour before we were told that their machines were broken! I noticed there was a vulnerable person that waited far longer than we had and he did not get called in either. The people that walked after us gave up and walked out. The front desk was manned by two very young girls who tried their best. One of them assured me that it was going to be another 15 minutes (after waiting 1:15hrs) but 15 minutes been and gone and no acknowledgement to what was happening moving forward. My 92 year old client was getting restless as she has fasted and drank lots of water throughout the day for the scan and though I brought this to their attention, I got no compassion from them, nothing whatsoever. Finally after 2 hours I got up to leave. The radiologist came out to explain that quote he wants to help me" but offered nothing except that he had done us a favour and fitted us in after he received a call from Ryde
