Was waiting for over 5 minutes to order install while staff just kept walking past not acknowledging people waiting to order after finally got the you females attention ordered my pizza told her what I wanted and paid she just walked away and its as if i was not even there no wait time receipt or thank you. I know you might be busy but common Courtesy goes along way.

Worst pizza ever, I sent the pizzas back and store manager told me that’s how they make it and sent me new more worst. So disappointed, never go this store it’s rip off.

Domino’s Pizza Unanderra
I ordered 2 New York pizzas. One was cheese the other ham and pineapple.The cheese was just ok. The other was cheese with 2 pieces of ham the size of a match stick and one piece of pineapple. If I made that pizza I would be ashamed to send it out. At nearly $48, it was a joke. No more dominos for me. They have enough of my money and the pizzas are ordinary at best.

They're okay but the pizzas a bit inconsistent with the quality depending on the time and day. The pizza isn't usually hot when picking up.Maybe the app is a bit slow to notify when ready or the heat lamps aren't always in use.

The store called after we ordered to tell us they wouldn't be able to deliver for two hours and to come in to pick it up. After arriving I could see what turned out to be our order on the counter, the person in front of me who was picking up their order asked if they could add garlic bread to their order and asked how long they'd have to wait, the Domino's employee picked up the garlic bread off our order and gave it to them. They then served me and said I would have to wait 7 minutes for the garlic bread.

Honestly I wouldn't give a 1 star rating if I could leave a review without it, first off I tried calling the store on my way home from work to order a pick up but hung up after 10 mins of waiting, I ordered online and requested a to car delivery as I had injured my ankle earlier, when I got to the store I advised that I had arrived and gave my car information via the tracking app, I waited 13mins and was calling them but of course nobody answered, 1 of the employees came out the door to take out the rubbish, I told him I'd been waiting for 13mins, he went in and 3 other employees came out to bring me my order, they stood there at my window staring at me, I said I would have come in and got it myself but I'd hurt my ankle, they laughed, I'm a large lady and should not be made to feel discriminated against no matter what, the pizza was for my son as id eaten at work and he said it was cold and was not cut at all. I will not be going back there and will be deterring anyone else I know from there too

Ordered Hawaiian pizza, it was only pizza base, not topping at all and it was like a very dried bread.
