Bed Bath N' Table

Nice product range but terrible website which is not user friendly and slow unavailable customer service. No ability to track orders in a meaningful way online. Emails to customer service won’t be answered for 4 days at a minimum (many say it takes longer - I am at 5 days at the moment with no response). Needless to say, the online shopping experience goes from good to bad very quickly. What a shame. It’s not hard in this day and age to sort out this aspect of the business. My recommendation is to look to other retailers for online shopping.

Very disappointed at your Westfield Doncaster store. Two staff members were too busy socialising to serve me . I was the only customer in the store. I waited and motioned for help but I was totally ignore. Pity, as I was looking for two quilt cover sets and some throws for my new sofas. Spent my money at David Jones instead.

Placed an order over a week ago, hasn't arrived. Ring customer service and leave a message with no response twice, send emails and still no response.They charge a premium for inferior service. Over priced, overrated and unhelpful.Use to like shopping at their store, never again.

Poor quality sheets - we paid in excess of $100 for some of their premium sheets and with regular household use they had worn through and ripped within 4.5 years, while cheaper products from Target and Adairs that are even older are still going strong. Won't buy from here again - their prices don't equal quality.

If I could I would give zero. Customer support for a loyal customer over many years is the worst I have ever experienced. I purchased a quilt and pillow slips in August which were faulty. All went well with the return at their expense in early September. However at the beginning of November I realised I had not received a refund. Since then I have tried by every means possible to contact customer support with several emails and also contact us" forms on their website. I even managed to get someone on the phone at head office thanks to a helpful store assistant. Their promise to follow up has come to naught. The matter is now in the hands of my bank who are attempting to get a refund. I'm not optimistic and wish to warn other customers to beware of this company."

Bed Bath N’ Table in Hawthorn is one of the larger outlet locations where you can find all their stock (usually). Situated in the heart of Hawthorn, they are a short walk from Glenferrie Station. From updating your homewares, furnishing a new apartment or even gifting - this shop is quite handy!The staff have always been very helpful and kind with allowances to us shopper gremlins during the festive season.I’ve spent an unspeakable sum of money here over the years and have put their products ‘to the test’. A lot of their (in-house) designs are quality, with notice to their woven throws and bedding which are unfortunately low in quality.I’ve purchased a few William Morris bed sets due to the fact that his prints are harder to find in Australia and the designs are just gorgeous. In regards to quality, again not suited to an ‘investment buy’ but for style you can’t go wrong.

This is the biggest Bed, Bath and Table shop we have been to, and we absolutely loved it. The staff were so totally amazing and nice. They were always asking if we needed help and were happy to help us out. We also had lunch at the cafe upstairs (steak sandwich) and the service girls were also really nice and helpful, always with a nice smile on their faces - keep it up team. In summary, love the food, love the coffee, love the service and love the large store with tonnes of lovely products on shelves.

Fantastic range. Lots of stock. Helpful staff. We ended up choosing this great bedding!! Love the store.

I have been attempting to get a response for a complaint logged from the 1st of October 2012 regarding items & services from Bed, Bath & Table (part of the Demsey Group) without response.Immediate contact will be appreciated.

A good shop in person however Bed Bathn Table have a long way to go when it comes to online stores. A simple purchase that I could have made at any of their stores, 2 weeks later and nothing has turned up and no response form their customer support team even though I received a computer generated acknowledgement of my email. If its online you want - go soemwhere else
