Stepping Stones Medical Centre
I can’t speak highly enough of this clinic! The doctors I’ve seen over the last 3.5 years have all been really wonderful (Nicole and Callum in particular, but they’re all wonderful), especially with children. They offer a great range of services including convenient online options such as being able to easily book via the HotDoc app, and being able to order repeat prescriptions which can be mailed or sent via e-script, etc. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, and the whole vibe is amazing. I just wish they were in my town (I’m half an hour away but it’s worth the drive) and were open 24/7!

Friendly doctors and nurses. Lovely waiting area. Hardly any wait time. Today, the nurse even called us in early. Relatively new to the area. Been to plenty of medical centres around Victoria and this is by far the best.

Stepping Stones Medical Centre
The best GP I have ever been to for myself and my children. The landscaping is so relaxing and clean. Fantastic gardens for children to play. Office ladies are so polite, happy and helpful. Every Dr is attentive and respectful. There is also it's own Dorevitch, child and teen counselling, yoga, nurse and more. They think of everything! This is how a GP should be run. Can not fault them or brag about them enough. I would give them more stars if I could.

Dr Callum Lawford is a wonderful doctor. I cannot fault the team at Stepping Stones, Dr Lawford especially. He is kind, patient and genuinely cares about your health.

After numerous recommendations, I went to stepping stones for an appointment the other day and I couldn't be happier- it's the first time in a long while I've left a GP feeling like I'd been very well looked after.The front desk is friendly and the treatment of patients is highly professional. Dr. Amna, who I saw that day, was attentive, professional and understanding. She took her time and made me feel completely at ease.I would definitely recommend Stepping Stones- it's worth paying a small gap fee for the above and beyond care you'll receive.

It's a bit hard to rate a trip to the Doctor but these guys are great. Reception staff are friendly and helpful, appointments are always on time and follow up is good.

Stunning new building and landscaped gardens. The practice offers a very positive vibe and Daile is a fabulously attentive doctor. I couldn't be happier with the treatment and support for me and my kids.

Changed GP after 18yrs on recommendation due to a high trauma motorbike accident and it was the best thing I could have done.Dr Callum Lawford is a caring, professional and progressive Doctor who is extremely attentive and passionate about his patients.Stepping Stones is a beautifully bright, clean and modern facility with cottage like gardens the kids can explore whilst waiting.Cannot recommend highly enough.

Can not fault Stepping stones!Every time I have an issue they are on top of it, even with my children. My kids were always pushed out the door by hospitals and other doctors but when I found stepping stones it completely changed. Rebecca Brown is an amazing doctor and has always listened to my concerns and been on top of it.

Careful - while the doctor standards are usually good / above the average, there are disappointing facts. For example, follow up of abnormal results might not be requested by some doctors - unless you complain...
