I have used Royalty Plumbing, Gas and Electrical many times over the last few years and they have always been fantastic, which is why I keep going back. Friendly, professional service every time, which is why they are my service provider of choice. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Terrible. Did not even look on the right side of the house for the blockage. Wanted to pull up liquid limestone to fix blockage that was on the inherent side of the houseI suggested the snake to clear it he wanted to tear up the other side.Price was double if the next plumber I had to get in the next dayTook him 15 mins to clear the blockage on the right side. Laughed when I told him about the other plumber. Said but the blockage is on this side. Why was he looking where the water was piling up and not the causeNever use them again

We have been a loyal customer for a few years now, we have always paid our bills on time even though we felt they were a bit overpriced, however just recently we were quoted $300 for a simple ceiling fan installation (we already had the fan) we used another electrical contractor who charged a lot less for a half hours work, felt very disappointed in the way we were treated by Royalty.

A simple water filter installation became less simple when the product turned out to be incorrectly assembled as it came new out of the box. Days after installation, the tap and lever popped off the unit. The manufacturer sent me a ridiculous 10-second instruction video with no verbal instructions but I could not fix the issue. They then offered a new tap for me to pick up and install, even though I had already paid for installation of their faulty unit. They refused to assist further. And that is where Royalty really stepped up. Daniel promptly organised another plumber to fit the new tap free of charge, even though the faulty unit was not their responsibility. I am most grateful to Daniel and his team - they are friendly, efficient and professional. I know a water filter manufacturer who could use some customer service lessons from Royalty! Thank you so much.

They installed a water heat less than 12 months ago. The pilot light has gone out and won't reignite and they want to charge me to have it fix. I will not be using this company ever again.

Dan and his team took fantastic care of us through a stressful invisible leak which required a full unexpected reno of our kitchen. Dan was super responsive to all my queries, his team was on time and did stellar work. These guys obviously care deeply about doing a good job at a good price. We're customers for life!
