Lady Small Haven Retirement Village
Have recently visited a resident in respite care in dementia ward about 3 times a week for about 3 weeksmorning tea was 2 dry biscuits with cordialI don’t see the nutrition in thatlots of agency staff ( they didn’t know residents or their needs)Full time staff( Billie is awesome )Otherwise very run downAnd no aircon when you walk into reception or up the hallway into the dementia wardThese people need continuity of careThey deserve much more than this

Well maintained aged care venue. My mum is in an independent living unit and loves it there. Beautiful gardens and quiet area
