Bio Clean Brisbane- Biohzard, Trauma & Deceased Estates Cleaning.

Taking the P!$$In Aug 2022 I employed your company to do a full house deep detailing clean before moving into my new home. I advertise it as a three bedroom, two bathroom house with 3m high ceilings that was in need of a deep and thorough clean, beyond that of a bond clean. On the day of the clean only one cleaner made it to the property and not even on time, at 8am as arranged, but he arrived post 10am (Had an excuse). During the initial inspection he said it was bigger than he had first thought. However, I did provide, with exact photos and extensive descriptions of each room.I felt the clean was very rushed. Again photos of each room, included bathroom and bed rooms, kitchen ect were all sent prior. I was honest with the size and exactly what I wanted done. He seemed not happy that it was too much for him in one day. He did stay late but reminded me he had over an hours drive home. Placing the pressure and guilt onto me. Everything he did was not completed to a $2700 standard. He said he would stay late but would complain all day about having too. The carpets were not cleaned the same day, again he placed the pressure on me to move my calendar around and sent a mate a few days later. On the day I could see I was not going to get the clean I was sold and I ended up assisting and cleaning myself alongside the cleaner (why hire them at all if I had to help and do it myself). Iv held my tongue up until yesterday when I had the old fans removed and found what is more than 5 years worth of dust and crust…. (Obviously not cleaned/touched during my close to $3k clean) I was unhappy from the moment he left to date. Iv been constantly finding more and unacceptable issues. Iv also found food wrappers in wardrobes that weren’t cleaned. I also was told my stove top would not be able to be cleaned any better than what he had done. Yet, once again I had a friend do it in 5mins with a product from bunnings. At the beginning I thought Id just let it go however I have just discovered the fans and can no longer accept that it was worth $2750.They even told me to bin oven shelves as it would be to hard to clean and placed them outside for me to bin. I’ve since cleaned them and they came up fine.What did I actually pay for?
