Incredible lunch and dessert selections, amazing service, and delicious coffee, all in one place.The staff is all friendly. Everything you try will leave you wanting more. They have the most delicious pies ever. Everything is always fresh. Highly recommended.

I have travelled all the way from Strathmore to Eltham so many times just for the most friendly customer service you get from the owners , Lydia and Michael make the best coffees and always provide fresh sweets, Ive never been disappointed and always look forward for the drive for my Latte and French Vanilla slice. Highly recommend and support Eltham store.

A huge thank you to the management and staff at Ferguson Plarre Eltham for the incredible service I received on a recent visit there. I don’t often write reviews but felt that this store was deserving of a very positive one. It’s nearly impossible in this day and age to find any business that offers a style of customer service that is rare and of a by gone era but this is exactly the type of customer service you will receive if you go there. In my humble opinion the coffee there was one of the best I’ve ever had. So if you’re looking for a relaxing place that offers incredibly delicious fresh food, excellent coffee, lovely decor, a very clean atmosphere and the warmest, kindest and the friendliest service then please do yourself a favor and pay a visit to Ferguson Plarre Eltham you won’t regret it.

I was served over the weekend by the nicest friendliest staff member , her appearance, especially the flower put a smile on my face and her personality touched my soul.. what a nice way to start the day

Michael, Lydia and all the staff are just lovely and welcoming.I buy a hot chocolate every Tuesday (Which is yummy) and always walk into smiling staff, if I'm having a bad day this certainly fixes it.So thanks guy's you are amazing
