Well designed and high quality fixtures and fittings used, Spacious, open plan living and balcony, lots of storage space, car park, Crate for storage. convenient locality, easy access to amenities, very private, close to shops and transport and choice of 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. Worth every dollar spent. Special thanks to Vasili who went above and beyond for his assistance through the purchase process of my 2 bedroom apartment.

Bimalka and Emily are quality assets to Deicorp. That’s about the only compliment I can give.1. Ana Radice is a liar. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.2. The build took 6 months longer than it should have.3. I can hear plumbing noises from above me and no one at Deicorp seems to care. I have sent multiple emails to different people and I’m yet to receive a response. They’re all too happy to take your money but where is the post sales support?!4. The kitchen provided is impractical. There are no cupboards wide enough to accommodate plates/pots. The layout was not well thought out.I don’t like leaving negative reviews, however I think it’s important to share my experience.In the future, I would never buy off the plan again. And I regret buying this apartment.EDIT - In response to the below, I never had a conversation with someone named Nicola. We never actually spoke. And her contacting me was not in regards to the above mentioned complaints. It was a separate issue altogether that I have decided not to pursue.

I have never purchased a property off the plan before but heard stories from friends of very poor outcomes from other building companies. My purchase experience from Deicorp has been absolutely amazing and have no hesitation in recommending this builder to anyone wishing to purchase an apartment off the plan.

Regular update on the construction progress and settlement stage. Thumb up for the comms and services. The fittings are of good quality. The team came to rectify minor defect pretty quickly. Very happy with the service and quality from beginning to moving in. Will definitely consider Deicorp project for investment opportunities..

Our sales rep Anthony Yip has been amazing! My wife and I never felt pressured to buy as we did at other properties we looked at, and as busy as he must be we never felt rushed through our appointment. The few questions we had post sale he has always answered quickly and with an amount of attention that reassured us that he truly cared that both our sales experience and the journey to our new home was enjoyable. We recently moved into an apartment at Proximity" which was designed and built by Deicorp on land owned by them at Rouse Hill. We purchased "off the plan". The design and workmanship of the apartment and common areas is excellent. We were kept fully informed of progress by Luke and team along the way. Well done Luke and team !"

I was hesitant to buy a property off the plan, but satisfied myself that Deicorp was a reliable company. From the initial contact, through to the decision to buy, the conduct of the sale and communication right through to the final inspection was unfaultable. Deicorp also put us in touch with blind installers, real estate property manager and depreciation consultant, all of whom have been very efficient. And the end product - the unit itself - appears to be very satisfactory. The finish is good, the defects noted at the final inspection have been fixed and the Building Manager is responsive to communications. On the whole, a very positive experience - a building company to highly recommend.

Edited: We received five star process during the sales process and we had no complaints then.The building was due to be completed in December 2022 and understandably there have been external factors which have contributed to the delay. However, Deicorp were not forthcoming or communicative about this and I have to proactively ask for new estimated dates for completion.As we await settlement, they are either unresponsive or unhelpful when I email them queries such as the size of the wardrobe to be fitted. Based on what we can see on the site, the wardrobe the salesman showed us is too large to fit in the master bedroom.

My Accountant referred me John Hansen to speak with regarding buying my first home and from the very first conversation I felt like I was in very safe hands throughout my purchasing journey as he genuinely cared about my personal circumstances and gave me the best advice accordingly.If I could give 10 stars on google I would as John’s knowledge, friendly nature and disposition provided me with confidence to proceed with the purchase of my lovely new apartment.It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with John and would highly recommend asking for him at Deicorp if you are considering buying your first home off the plan or newly completed apartment.
