Paradise Court Holiday Units

Great quite location close to shops. 35 minute senic board walk to Arlie town and a couple minutes walk to beach. Very friendly staff whom was very informative on things to do, transport and provided umbrella due to weather. Room was clean and perfect for price. Couldn't imagine a better place to stay when visiting again.

We were supposed to stay in this hotel, but due to a problem with the booking website the reservation was cancelled very last minute and we had no place to stay. The manager Paul and the lady in the counter started calling other hotels in the area until they could find us a place, and they even gave us a lift to the new place. Wasn't even their fault and they went above and beyond to help a couple of travellers. If that's not a great customer service I don't know what it is. With this service, you will definitely be taken good care during your stay here.The hotel is just half an hour walking to Airlie beach and close to the hotel you have a shopping mall with everything you need just a stroll away.

Room was very clean and we liked having the kitchenette with microwave and toaster and utilities. Newly tiled roomy bathroom / toilet ... friendly hosts .. all for a very reasonable tariff. Can’t wait to stay again

They cancelled my room due to card payments not working 5 days before check-in. I emailed them about this but just got the cancellation. How about an email or a phone call first to discuss the problem rather than an automatic cancellation? Seems that others experience this lack of customer service based on the reviews. First time I leave a bad review. Sort it out.

I enjoyed my short stay over at Paradise Court. The room was a good size, it was clean and comfortable with all of the basic requirements one needs to keep yourself happy. The position was in-between two very close shopping centres.

Soft comfortable bed. Very quiet rooms. No covered parking. Only 8 rooms. Located across the road from Coles and a shopping centre. Recent renovations. Swimming pool, WiFi, tv, good lighting. Liked not being disturbed by house keeping daily. Great location near a park and the start of the Bicentennial walk way.

Monica is wonderful and gave me useful info around Cannonvale and Airlie Beach. She offered me a late check out so I could still go to Airlie Beach lagoon for a good swim and showered before I took the shuttle to the airport. The room I stayed in was very clean and roomy. Paradise Court is in a very convenient spot and I enjoyed my stay. Will come back. Thanks again Monica!

Super friendly welcome, incredibly clean room, renovated kitchenette, new fridge, close to food, bottlo, shops - all across the road.Next to park and close to small beach. 5 minutes to Airlie.Great price too.Will be back.

Perfect for me!!Just about everything you could want for a few days.Very comfortable, clean bed. Nice walk in shower. The kitchen area is well equipped and there is a laundry room on site.Monica is magic and so very helpful, nothing too much trouble and the shopping centre is just across the road.Banjo's bar and bistro is just across the road. Great food and you get 10% off by showing your room key.I've had a great stay and it gets my 5 stars

Booking got cancelled 4h before our arrival time because the booking was under my name and I was using our family joint account which is under my partner’s name (the other guest in our 2 person booking). This is information that could have been gained if the staff had just called me before going ahead and cancelling the booking. Really not happy. We are now having to figure out other accommodation hours before we arrive. You will not be getting business from us in the future.
