QE Foodstores

Good quality food (although quite expensive). Nice and friendly staff, however the Store Manager has been openly rude and angry to the staff on several occasions when I've been in there. It's quite uncomfortable and puts me off going there more often.

A great store, very friendly staff, always very helpful, always wearing a smile. I shop here daily, they have great selection and good prices - especially the fresh produce! Couldn’t recommend it more.

I placed an order from qe foodstore waterloo with Ubereats, and 3 out of 4 items I ordered were unavailable.Keep your stock updated, if the items are our of stock, simply remove them from your list, it was an absolute waste of my time and money.

Best local supermarket ever! Great produce and a good variety of products from smaller boutique and high quality vendors. The staff are so lovely and are always smiling, and the rewards program is worth signing up to if you are a regular shopper!

I just met a racist lady staff 30 minutes ago. Terrible, rude, stinky face all the time. The lady is about 40-50 years old with brown skin. She only can understand standard beautiful English with no accent. If you’re not local people, don’t go there.Update：Muna contacted me and represented her to apologise.

My boyfriend recently moved to Waterloo so we shop here every now and then, great selection for a small store but the oldish caucasian guy which I think his name is John (He may be the owner which would be very dissapointing) is extremely flirtatious with the younger girls that are shopping in store, the shop is small so you can literally hear everything, it's absolutely disgusting and makes me feel very uncomfortable, not only that - on many occasions he has been extremely rude to me, I recently shopped there and decided to not purchase one of the many items so I apologised and asked him to take it off the register, he rudely sighed, adjusted my payment and just walked away... didn't even ask if I wanted a bag, my receipt or even stuck around to see if my payment went through. I'm so shocked at this level of customer service

Bought some butter from the QE Waterloo store. Took it home to eat, but then a smell of “wet dog” emerged from the packaging. I then noticed that the butter had expired one week ago and was still put on display to sell. I think the manager needs to take a closer look at their quality control.

I love this store. The staff are so sweet and always go out of their way to help. They get to know you as a regular too and are happy to get in special items, especially vegan ones! Fantastic :)
