Very dissapointed every time guarantee! I always seem to come here for the half hour shut down that happens everywhere in the world" how can it be 24 hours when they shut down up to o er half an hour when a customer wants 24 hour service. This store often stuffs the orders up and is very inaccurate with their "system update""

This place is so bad. Manager's too busy taking selfies when you should be doing your job. This is the second time In a row I got hair it's a disgusting place don't eat there.

Only giving 1 star because I cannot give less, staff are rude and inattentive, again and again terrible service, missed items, several week ago staff missed an item from my order and I was told that I had not actually ordered the item at the drive through , as they had not provided a receipt I had no way to know, the next time I ordered I insisted on getting a receipt only to be told they could not provide one at POS only when they gave the food, when they still did not provide one with the food I asked again and refused to move on until one was provided, the manager spoke rudely to me and told me I was holding up everyone, and only then went off to print the receipt for me muttering insults under his breath. I have been driving to Cleveland McDonald’s since but made the mistake of coming here again this morning, only to get a sausage muffin that had something lodged in the egg (looked like burnt bacon or something equally disgusting) manager (same one) said he would give me a half refund only as I had taken a couple of bites! Lol it would be funny if it wasn’t so bad, manager is terrible and the restaurant reflects his lack of management and poor standards.

Don't even know where to start. There is just too much to type so all I will say is head management needs to come out and see how bad this Maccas is and do something about it. Service and food seems to get slightly better when the older male Manager is on, but seriously goes down hill after that. Get you stuff together.

We arrived at 2:00am waiting to pick up my order, somehow it’s been 40+mins there’s no one coming out, say nothing, finally a staff came out holding my order, asking the car behind mine, one by one… I finally received the order with a note on say they are experiencing shortages… why can’t they just let us know see if we wanted to change others items instead? Without saying anything or apology, just hang me the bag… my worst Maccas experience ever…The food are cold, so while you don’t have anything to provide, or you just provide what you e got, it shouldn’t took you 50mins, after waiting for such long time, if I don’t all my items but I still expect it’s hot…

Ordered a large classic angus meal.It had no cheese, no tomato, no pickles and no mustard.Fries where cold.The coke was fine, I suppose it's hard to get that wrong.

I rang to advise the manager that 3 of my grangkids had developed gastro after being at the restaurant on Saturday, the managers care factor was zero basically fobbed me off. Will not be going back.
