Excellent service at a fair price. The team were very accommodating to our needs. They were understanding and were flexible around our building construction that overlapped with the installation of the scheduled fencing. Great quality and skill by Adam and his team. Excellent communication by reception staff. Thank you. Very happy with fencing heights and the custom laser gate we selected.

No idea what is happening with this company. Completely unreliable. I rang them on Friday 30/11 to look at our automatic sliding gate. I was told that someone will be coming to have a look on Monday 03/12. Nothing happened. My husband rang them on Monday night to check what was happening. Nobody seemed to know about this job. I rang again on Tuesday 04/12 and was told that somebody will definitely have a look at my gate on Thursday. My husband rang again on Thursday late afternoon and was told that someone would ring him back. We are still waiting. I will describe this company with one word useless". No idea how this business is still operating."

Had someone come out and give me a quote, they said it was a straight forward job and would be done in half a day. Two days later I called them as no one had got in contact with me and they said they would send it. I then got a email saying we are unable to do the job at this time as they dont have someone experienced enough to do the job". If you guys don't have someone experienced enough to put a fence up to close off a patio and it's on a concrete surface you guys should not be in business especially when I had someone come to my home and say how simple and easy the job was to then be told it couldn't be done."

I've used AA Fencing for all the fencing we have needed to do, including some repairs to damage caused by my careless neighbors and they have always been excellent. Nicole is always friendly & very efficient, making sure I'm kept up to date as to what's going to be done and when they guys will be on site. Pricing is fair & the standard of work is excellent- I can definitely recommend this business.

I had a gate and also a colourbond fence on a small limestone retaining wall installed at my property. I was very impressed with the quality of work done and the level of service from initial quote to completion. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys.

I have been AA Fencing's regular customer for 8 years. Their colourbond quotes may not be the cheapest,but they have a best team of admins,sales reps and contractors.Everything is working seamlessly among them.So with colourbond fence,I definitely recommend them if customer service,efficiency and reliable contractors are what you looking for .

I called today. Was hung up on. Called again. Said they would call beach. I’ve heard good things but I think I’ll go somewhere else as they don’t seem to care to call me back

Not happy there customer service is not there. They arranged to meet me for a gate repair at my home this morning and after 2 hrs passed it took two phone calls to find out that they took another job over mine and would ring if and when they where available. This company couldn't even make the 2 min phone call it would have taken to let me know there was a delay on the job. It took me the CUSTOMER to take the appropriate initiative to contact this business The first phone call was made after the worker failed to show up and was over an hr late when i spoke to the person on the phone they replied i will ring you back in five minutes. Well an Hour after that i rang back to be told there was another job that took my time slot and that the would ring me when they where 30 mins away. I feel this is very poor service as this would have only takes 2 minutes of there time to let me know this information instead they dint bother to contact me i had to take the initiative. can i trust that this work or a phone call will happen the answer is no poor service poor representation i would recommend that you chose someone else to do your job not this company as they do not have the required customer service skills and are untrustworthy
