When you move to a new area finding a new hairdresser can be a challenge. I amSo grateful that since moving to Williamstown I have found this place. The staff are fantastic and make you feel comfortable. I go here regularly to get my hair cut, coloured and straightened. I have really curly hair and have had quite a few disasters when it comes to getting my hair cut. Here they do a great job every time. I have also been here for waxing, eyelash extensions and for a manicure. I have never been disappointed with the results. Definitely good value for money when compared to some other places. Would definitely recommend

I couldn't give this place a worse rating and review if I tried. I am disguted in the way that I was treated and the lack of hygiene. I went to get a facial and the whole time I was being told how bad my skin was and how disgusting it when it wasn't bad AT ALL. she also used re usable sponges on my face and rinsed them in a bowl of water that she used throughout the whole thing.. putridI left in tears with my skin being the worst if ever seen it

Went in for a remedial massage , loved it!Tham is very caring and I loved the way that she tried hard to educate client that exercises is the key to get better!!

Great service. I've been having microdermabrasion facials with Tham and they've been amazing for me skin. I love that she makes the effort to educate clients about how to best care for their skin!
