SP Gungahlin is amazing! It was my first time trying pilates and they’ve made me feel so welcome. The instructors are so helpful and they guide you along the way. They’ve truly created a safe space for everyone with different walks in life — highly recommend whether you’re a first timer or a Pilates pro!

The instructors are fantastic editing my form and keeping an eye on my previous injuries to ensure I am doing it right thing. They are all very encouraging and make the classes fun and I always think that I am glad I came that day. I have only just started but already am feeling stronger and more confident.

Recommended by a friend. I joined Studio Pilates Int. Gungahlin 12 weeks after my abdominoplasty surgery. Great work out programs. Reasonable price. Staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. They can tailor my exercise when needed. I will recommend it to friends for sure.

Absolutely loving the classes at Studio Pilates in Gungahlin. I had never tried reformer pilates before and was a bit nervous, but three weeks in and I am addicted. All of the instructors are so kind, welcoming and helpful. The facilities are beautiful and clean. The classes are enjoyable and such a good workout! I love going.

I’ve tried many different workout programs but Reformer Pilates have been the best and something I feel I can stick to and not get bored. Trainers are amazing and know what they’re doing. Highly recommend.
