F45 Training Point Cook

Great experience every day at F45 point cook. All the trainers are very supportive and always encourage us. Highly recommended

Started just a week before and feeling absolutely amazing!The trainers are very supportive. The setup is really challenging to complete. but once done, it is rewarding. Highly recommend doing a trail class to see if it’s for you!

Don’t sign up unless you want to be ripped off here! I signed up for a 6 months membership. F45 Point Cook charged me an additional amount for a product that I had apparently bought, which was after my 6 months membership was done. I contacted them to ask for a refund as I had never bought any items from them. In addition I asked for my membership to be canceled after the 6 months period of membership was over, here I am a few months later still being charged a weekly fee and still waiting for them to cancel my membership. Absolute nightmare. The weekly fee is $56 so as you can imagine the cost accumulates when they continue to charge for a service that I have tried to cancel.

Challenging and efficient workout to improve your health and fitness- highly recommend for people looking for fun yet challenging workouts!

A little cliquey, but a good workout guaranteed. A bit small compared to othe F45 studios Ive attended, but workable.

Small studio, hard to get in a good workout because of the space and class capacity

I completed a week of training here whilst passing through Point Cook & as expected from F45 training, was very happy with the workouts & the positive vibe. In particular, admin was responsive & flexible to accommodate my wife & I & so consequently we'll be back again soon for another week. The studio is located at a shopping centre with outdoor parking & various shops, so we found ourselves doing groceries & refuelling our bodies afterwards, which was very convenient.

Love the energy! Perfect way to start the day with F45. Amazing mix of workouts leaves you fresh and energetic.
