Terrible customer service. Extremely arrogant. Wouldn’t wash my small 4wd for less than $99. When I asked for the $69 standard wash for a 4WD, they said mine would be more as it was “extra dirty”. He said my car had not been washed in over 300 days (with them), so I guess I got charged a premium for not being a constant customer. Absolute joke of a business.

When I saw my car I exclaimed, WOW! I highly recommend the Wash Experts and bonus free parking while getting my hair done around the corner :) They had the job finished on time and were very friendly and straight-forward in providing the quote for the services I wanted. My car looks better than the day I picked it up!

Top notch service- compared to some of the other car wash places this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. The team there do a solid clean and are friendly to boot. Now my preferred car was in Melbourne

Though the wait times can be a bit long, I'm always given great service for very reasonable prices. I've been here a few times and will continue to go back. My car is always so clean after the team has done their job!

Brilliant service as always, super polite, good customer service, with accurate estimated timings, punctual, handy completion text messages and a wonderful job every time. I've been coming here for several years and it's the best, most consistent service I've come across. Such a convenient location too, 100% recommend.

Avoid. The whole point of a car wash is to clean the car...unfortunately not clean. And when brought up..hard to get them to understand.

Signage says open until 5pm, guy stood in front of it and said we close at 4pm. I said you should take the sign down. He said ‘it’s changed’. No apology, no indication he understood it was inconvenient, no intent to take the sign down. It’s fine to change your hours, not fine to stuff me around by not properly recording it.update 8 months later: my blood still boils when I see his response below: he didn't say 'we are fully booked', he said 'we close at 4pm'. I'm reasonable and would understand they didn't have time to wash my car because they were busy. Why lie?? I saw today they are still open until 5pm!!I have a 20 year old policy that I never give business to someone who has lied to my face. This dodgy operator lied, and didn't offer any sort of apology. With the truth and apology I would still be going there once a fortnight. I hate that they still get good reviews with this disdain for customers and truth-telling. If anyone is ever reading this please heed it- they don't deserve your business!
