Nicole our property manager when above and beyond when we had a tenant vacate our property. She recertified a couple of issues with how the house was left, and had a replacement tenant ASAP. We thank her for keeping us up to date on a weekly basis. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately we didn’t have an amazing experience renting with Barry plant like everyone else supposedly did. When we first moved into our property in winter valley we had a great property manager Jasmine, who was attentive and extremely helpful. Once she left, they replaced her with Casey. Casey was great at the start. However, after a month or so when we would message or call her she would never reply. Even to emails. She had he read receipts on, so we new she was reading our messages. It would sometimes take a week or more to get a response. Once our rental was increased we asked her about this and she advised she thought it was expensive but told me not to fill In the forms for the rental increase until she talks to the owner. Two weeks went by and we only had 30 days to fill out the form and submit it. Once I messaged her again she advised she never said such thing and she can’t help me any further. The house went up to $480 a week. It took 10 months to get the security code for the security system in the house and 11 months for a security door that we were told was approved 2 months into the rental. When we decided to leave (which we didn’t want to because we loved that house) because of the rental increase and lies from the realestate they then advertised the house for $460 a week. Which is a slap in the face. I don’t think I would rent through Barry plant again. I don’t appreciate being called a liar. And I also don’t like waiting 10-11 months for things to get done. Especially with someone who has a great write up on the page for Barry plant. Which I believe should be edited.

We used Cameron, Gaile, Aleks and Ben to lease our Ballarat property.
