The HIIT Factory Cheltenham

I was so fortunate to find out about The HIIT Factory from my best friend in October 2020. I joined as a Livestream member to get out of my lockdown funk and wouldn’t know life without it now. I was even luckier that Julie opened up a HIIT Factory studio in Cheltenham and now have the option to do online or studio classes. I’ve participated in every HIIT Factory challenge which always come up at a great time when I need a food or fitness reset. Julie and all the coaches keep you motivated and on track for any goal you want to reach. The culture is amazing and everyone is so supportive it is more than a community and feels like a fitness family. You never finish a 30 minute class thinking I wish I didn’t do that….it’s the best 30 minutes of my day - with or without kids (great kids area setup with chairs, tables, pillows for them to keep occupied).

Julie is such an amazing coach and person, very down to earth and makes you feel very comfortable no matter your level of experience. Her work outs are a lot of fun and even when you don’t feel like going you’re so glad you did!

Love this studio. Every workout is always provided with a friendly, motivating atmosphere. I look forward to seeing the other members, plus Julie every, single, time! I leave feeling more awake, happy and confident for my day ahead. I often bring my little one and as the group is a mix of fellow Mums, everyone is so welcoming. I’m so glad to have found this studio and am loving being a member!

The HIIT factory is just what I was looking for. 30 minute work outs with a personal touch. I love how these workouts fit into my day, morning or evening, they are always over before I know it and Julie is a great motivator. You can go at your own pace and there’s always a harder or easier option available. I have never used a heart rate monitor before (and have been working out for years), it’s a great way to track your progress and see how hard you are working. I would highly recommend Julie’s classes to anyone.

Perfect for busy Mums or individuals who want to get a great workout but are short time on time. Classes are 30 mins but pack a punch and I always leave feeling accomplished. Julie makes a real effort to get to know everyone, you’re not just a number here! She motivates you and encourages you to challenge yourself as well as celebrates your wins with you. The cherry on top is that all children are welcome and there’s even a fully equipped kids corner. What more could you want!

I’ve been training with HIIT factory Cheltenham for 6 months and I love it! It’s not just an awesome workout with Julie but it’s a supportive community who encourage each other to reach their goals. And it’s fun!It’s also a huge bonus that my kids can come too.

Love the HIIT Factory Cheltenham. Beautiful space, lovely community, high energy instructor with great sense of humour. Fantastic crèche area for kids. Workouts are challenging but always with modifications and lots of different class options to keep it interesting. Highly recommend

The HIIT factory chelt is amazing! I started there in May 2022 and Julie was amazing in getting me back into exercise after a few years off with kids and COVID. She always offers up options so you can work at your own level. The best part is the vibe at the gym. Everyone is friendly and happy to train and support each other. There are all sort of abilities and eveyone feels welcome. Best of all we can bring the kids along if we need (so there really is no excuses).

I joined HIIT Factory Cheltenham a couple of months ago feeling pretty unfit and I absolutely love it! Julie is amazing and helps you to exercise at your own level whilst keeping you fully motivated. I feel awesome after each class and with such a welcoming environment and 30 minutes class times it’s perfect for me. Highly recommend!!!

Being able to bring my kids to the studio if needed is awesome. Julie offers so much encouragement and support, and I love the friendly atmosphere. Best decision I ever made was doing the first challenge. I can feel the results!
