Brendan gave us the best service. Doing these sort of checks was completely new for us but Brendan talked us through and let us know which report would suit our needs best. The report came through a lot quicker than we expected and Brendan then made the time available to talk us through the results and what it all meant. We wouldn't hesitate in using this service again and in these uncertain times it is definitely worth the small cost.

Extremely happy with the service and comprehensive report given our new build which we are just about sign on the dotted line.Saw an article in HS letter of the day, and it appeared to written for us so immediately put a request through on Saturday and as promised. the report was emailed late Monday.Very comprehensive as stated and a little complex for the normal person like me.Phoned Brendan and was more than happy to guide me what was best to look at a what needed further investigation by us.Peace of mind is a good feeling as as well all know things change but the report is well worth getting.I will update when all has been done and we are moving in, fingers crossed.Thankyou again Brendan.John and Annette ( The wife is happy )
