I don't have the words to praise these people enough. The woman i spoke to was not only professional, but also calming and helped ease a very stressing situation. Incredible people doing an incredible job. I would post 10 stars if i could.

Operator spoke to me with irritation, impatience and a condescending attitude. Fair enough, my spider bite was small and probably not serious, but I was in pain and called tonight in hopes to understand whether I would need to go to the hospital instead of going to bed (I live on my own, so I didn't want to wake up after a couple of hours and be unable to get to a hospital if in the event the bite turned into something more serious).The woman I spoke with kept repeating what different types of dangerous spiders look like (I think we all had those flyers on our fridge growing up that had pictures identifying different spiders - pretty sure I know what a red back and funnel web look like), however I had to explain a few times that all I could see were two prong bite marks but could not find the spider itself, so going over that point was unnecessary and seemingly added to her annoyance.I got the information I needed in the end, but I really didn't need to exit that conversation feeling as though I'd completely inconvenienced someone.

Fantastic quick consult, very reassuring. However there was sometimes a 5 second delay with the internet phone they are using, which may need some investigating. It could be a little frustrating for concerned parents or elders.
