I first found Kyle from Gallows Plumbing getting into his car at the local Bunnings.It was Friday afternoon ( of course) and I had a minor emergency.He had clocked off for the day and was on his way home with the shopping. To my amazement he agreed to drop the shopping home and come back out to fix my problem. His willingness to put himself out when he had finished for the day was quite refreshing and unusual in my experiences over the years. I called him today on the off chance he could help me out. He was able to squeeze me in again. Amazing. Kyle was able to track down a part to convert a complex plumbing setup to todays standard quickly and effectively. He then tells me he's off to Sydney for a job to take him into the night. Again he had squeezed me in without a second thought. I understand it would be unreasonable to expect this kind of service from him all the time but his attitude towards his customers needs will see him succeed for many years to come.How could I not recommend him and his work.
