Their knowledge is second to none!They may not be the cheapest store out there (they ARE competitively priced though), but I was more than happy to spend my coin with them, knowing that through their staff and forums, they ensured I made the right purchase the first time around.I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again and to recommend them to others.

Great - I have bought a few pairs of headphones from Marcus and the Guys at Headphonic - when i have had issues with warranty they have either replaced on the spot or gotten back to me. They respond to communications in a really timely manner and always do their best to give you open honest feedback and information about their products. If more people had their attitude that customers do infact come first, we may have a different retail industry. I highly recommend them and do so regularly.

I have now bought 4 or possibly 5 sets of headphones from Headphonic over the years. They are always helpful and very knowledgeable. My new Aftershokz Aeropex have just arrived and they are absolutely perfect for what I require.

Sent 3 PM yesterday, received 11 AM today! If you'd say that's not fast enough, then probably you bought the gear personally in store. :) Couldn't ask for anything better than that. Gear was left at the local PO when I wasn't around. So convenient! Haven't dealt with any seller like them in a long while. A very pleasant experience indeed.

Always come here when I need something related. The staff here seem really passionate and knowledgeable about their products. They offer a range of products that they are able to simply swap out if there are any troubles with them. if they're not able to, they can give pretty good estimates for turn around times with suppliers.

Super friendly and helpful in store. I bought a set of wireless headphones for my dad, they gave me a lot of advice on distinctions between models and brands. When it turned out they didn't work well in the house, they were happy to help dad swap it out with a pair that would suit.Totally recommend them.

Been buying headphones from these guys for a few years now. Bought a few different sets for Christmas presents this year and ive never been let down. The guys in the shop are really helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. They do well to help you find the right set with whatever budget you have.
