I bought a beautiful pair of Italian linen pants on 26/1/23. The lady which served me was so lovely and helpful. I would give her 5 stars. My cousin also bought a couple of items and we left very happy. Unfortunately my pants started coming apart from where it was overlocked, which definitely is a manufacturing default. I called the store and spoke to the owner (the husband) and he said as I bought the pants 5 months ago he wouldn’t do anything about. In fact he said “well what do you want me to do about it?” I tried to explain that it wasn’t his fault and that it was a manufacturing issue, which happens but he kept saying I bought them 5 months and their policy is 14 days. Again I said I might have bought them 5 months ago but have only worn them 5 times. I didn’t wear them every day for 5 months. But he just kept saying there was nothing he could do and he wasn’t prepared to loose any money. I then said I would have to take it further as they were $139. He said sorry and hung up on me. I was left dumbfounded as I even said I could send photos but he said not to bother. It’s quite clear he does understand any retail policies. I’m taking this to consumer affairs and I would never recommend to buy anything in this store again as if something goes wrong they claim no responsibility.

The lady Behind the desk very rude , she completely ignored us as she was chatting with a friend on FaceTime, when I look at her she said is she alright referring to my partner , disgraceful worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life

Absolutely wonderful service and beautiful range of quality clothing at reasonable prices. Owners are welcoming and helpful, my absolute favourite shop in Vic. Once visited you will definitely return.

Beautiful store, with lovely stock - and the customer service is top notch!My toddler started to have a meltdown just as we were leaving and the lovely lady behind the counter gave him his own bag to carry to calm him down (our bag was nearly the same size as him!). Thank you again!
