Avoid if possible!We were overcharged for water from previous tenants when we first moved in and I had to provide proof that it wasn’t our water since we had only been in a property 3 weeks of a 3 month bill. Full money still not returned.Property was leased to us dirty and obviously old and falling apart but we were desperate during this rental crisis. Had to move out quickly and had to break lease, we continued to pay rent until new tenant was found. We ended up overpaying rent by a week and then spent the next 2 months trying to get it returned. They agreed to give our bond back and just mentioned that the only thing that needed cleaning was the oven. We agreed to have the cleaning of the oven come out of our overpaid rent and the rest refunded. We then spent the next two months going back and forth and them trying to claim that more things needed cleaning and the lawns needing mowing, even after the new tenants had already moved in. They would ignore emails and calls, couldn’t give us straight answers (even right to the end) and still claimed more. Halloween decorations and items in the house when I moved in and documented, they were trying to charge us to pay to remove. Never have I dealt with a more unprofessional real estate agency. Vy eventually helped us solve the issues but that was after chasing Vinh for months about the return of overpaid rent. We had multiple different amounts confirmed that were gonna be returned and told that the accounts team would return it. We would contact after a few days to find out when it would be returned, then we’d get another claim saying something else needed cleaning. Moved out start of November, did not receive the money back until mid January. Still owe us money from our overpaid water bill.

My wife and I, along with our two future housemates, had a viewing today Feb 12th at 4:30. While I didn't get the name of the agent showing us this house, he was very unprofessional. There were 2 other groups to see the place, he explained that the property was currently occupied and to not touch anything to the group in front of us, then to us. Behind us was a clearly muslim family. I ask if he'd tell it to them, the guy goes I'm not going to try to communicate with them

Corine and Jo we’re so helpful and very friendly towards customers. Jo helped us to get us into this rental place she gave us a second chance to prove ourselves that we were a good payer. But sadly we have to move back to NZ but we love the house it was very handy and plus we needed a 4 bedroom before our son was born .

Vy is such an incredible professional with empathy and energy. She has gone above and beyond at many instances to meet our additional needs. We never had such a positive experience from a real estate agent in the past. Wouldn't be great if every agent has the same professionalism and enthusiasm as Vy. Tony and his staff recently sold our family home in Inala. It was a very difficult sale due to another agent, Nathan Young, falsely advertising to sell our family home online (without our consent) and later also claiming that he was a sales representative of RightWay Realty - which he isn't and hasn't been (and a complaint has been made by us against this agent to the Qld Office of Fair Trading because of his deceptive behaviours - Please contact the Qld OFT if you have any grievances about Nathan Young - I'm sure they will be very interested in your complaints). Tony and his staff were very patient with us, they found a suitable buyer relatively quickly and the sale went through with the correct paperwork, etc., without any real problems. It was a pleasure doing business with Tony and his staff and I would definitely recommend them for any future customers thinking of buying/selling a property. JP

If I could give 0 star, I would.The worst agent ever.When there was a problem, they said it was our fault immediately although that's theirs.And until now, I keep asking for the reports of my house (from the middle of 2019 to 3/2021) but the boss can't send them & keeps saying that they did nothing wrong.When the tenant moved out, they didn't come to take pictures & check house for report to get bond for fixing & cleaning.

Avoid at all cost!!! RightWay is the worst realestate in Qld. very dodgy and steal from people and are liars. they help with absolutely nothing whatsoever. DONT TRUST THEM

Tony was on the ball from the start. He gave me advice on what renovations I should or shouldn't do to the property to achieve my goal sale price. He assisted with some works from his contacts at very reasonable prices. Tony always kept me informed of the progress with offers and achieved a final sale price in excess of my expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tony and his team if you are looking to sell.
