Fantastic company to deal with, friendly staff, great prices and really good quality car for a really good price, very happy with their service and I cannot fault them, will definitely be back for our next used car. :-)

Great sales team and workshop team. I've had issues with a car I've purchased here and the team have been extremely attentive and accommodating of my needs. The one thing I'd say thought is don't take a car until you have the finance sorted out as the repayments changed between me taking the car and finalising the paperwork.

Worst dealership super dodgy took advantage of a young boy getting his first car. Pretty much gave him a piece of junk that has been falling apart since he’s brought it home. They promised to fix what was wrong only to go back on their word now because they were called ‘dodgy’. Contacting fair trading now as we have made multiple attempts to fix the situation. Oh and they haven’t even provided paperwork for the car so how are we supposed to change it to his name.

Extremely slow when ordering a car in, was taking over a week so I cancelled my order and walked away.Car was overpriced by $10,000 and repayments were ridiculous over 7 years.Never going back to this dealer.

Oz Car Penrith Sales team were super helpful and nice. We were initially bought a different model then wanted to change to a Ford Everest. Harry and Jerred agreed to find a best car for us. On the day we met Harry he is very reasonable with the price of the car and reduced lot to help us buying this lovely car. He worked beyond his level to make us happy with our dream car. Very happy with their service. Specially to Harry for helping us. Thank you very much. We recommend Oz car to anyone who wants to buy their car.

Terrible experience start to finish. Extremely pushy, gave me a “28 minute” time frame to make a decision otherwise the “special trade in price” for my car will be called off. They lied about my trade in price for my car, saying they’d give me 50k for it but then the paperwork only says 42k. They also overcharged me for the car that I was pushed into purchasing. Telling me the best they could do was $27500 which I had to accept, when upon a third party evaluation was only valued at $20000 max. Even the final paper work says I was only charged 20k for it when that is a complete lie!Not to mention they actually sold me a SOLD car which I had to wait a couple of days to be reversed so I could put the car in my name. Then not even 24 hours after taking the car I went back and requested for my sale to be reversed (as they proved to me they could do) but was told a blunt no it can’t happen and that there was nothing they could do about it, whilst they place the final papers on the desk in front of me.I was doing this whole process just to get a cheaper car so I could afford to start a family via IVF (which I informed them of straight away). I feel like I am in a worse position now and they could not give a $hi+.Extremely unhappy.

Excellenet staff, helped me get a decent car to get to and from point a to point b. Can't wait to upgrade in the future with these guys.

Johnny was so super helpful here at Ozcar penrith and made my whole new car purchasing process so much easier. The whole team were so accommodating so a massive props to Johnny for the fantastic team he’s built out here. 10/10 experience

Not going to Penrith branch again. Lack communication big time and dodgy sale tactics. Got delivered vehicle after 3 weeks not at all meeting expectations.Only reason I went back to this dealership was I have best experience 8 years ago.
