I bought Schoefhaussen binoculars around November 2018 and was thrilled with them. They have great clarity and are light and easy to use. Two weeks ago one eyepiece came off. I went to the store to arrange a repair, not hoping for much as I couldn't find my warranty . I received a prompt call back from the owners who were on holiday. On their return they tracked down the warranty using the model number , and negotiated with the manufacturer in Germany for a new pair to replace them . I could not be any more pleased with such excellent service .This is a great place with a wide selection of optics managed by people who understand the products and are enthusiastic about what they do.

Hubby and I had a great experience buying sun glasses this morning.We each bought a pair of VUARNET sunglasses.The guy is the store is super helpful but not salesy at all. He is just a nice guy who obviously knows his stuff.Trying on glasses while looking at the gllarey beach was a bonus. It was great to see the difference a quality pair of sunglasses makes.

Great range of binoculars & other equipment for whale watching, bird watching etc. Knowledgeable & helpful.

I was ripped off after being told the binoculars i was looking at were reduced from $300 to $195 at the caravan show. Bought them but see them now for $129.99 online including postage. I dont mind paying more for face-to-face service but this is a 50% mark up!
