I have nothing but praise for the exceptional, timely and professional service from Brad Hutchinson personally and his expert team. Special mention too to Kylie for her outstanding research and solutions in obtaining replacement hearing aids for my elderly infirmed mother, which no one else, including the ineffectual, unprofessional and above all, resistant responsible government bodies and their incompetent public servants (from the top down) were able to achieve.Brad is a true gentleman who cares for his clientele and goes above and beyond to achieve results. Heart felt thanks Brad. You have truly made a difference in the best possible way for my mother. Shame to the rest of you who did absolutely nothing and live off the tax payer dollar.

I have been going to Brad Hutchinson for many, many years and wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. I have been to both North Perth and Dianella. I have found all staff to be very professional and yet friendly , caring and accommodating to my needs. I am a senior lady and everything has always been patiently and thoroughly explained to me until I fully understood any questions I had. I have friends who have been elsewhere and not been happy but after going to Brad's wonderful company they are now like me and wouldn't go anywhere else again. I appreciate Brads business is audiology, however whilst my eyes continue to work pretty well, I won't be blind to the injustice being meted out to Brad Hutchinson hearing through these malicious and false reviews. Brad is a great guy with a great company and a customer first mindset always. My family have known Brad for years and only ever got the best service from him and his team - no exceptions!
