Yiyi has helped me so much in getting through my last few months studying biology and English adv and ext1 for hsc. She had extensive knowledge of both subjects and went through extensive research to ensure that I had complete understanding of my subjects as well as providing me with multiple exemplar essays and narratives for me. She always replied to my messages right after I sent them despite the time and her busy schedule. Is strongly recommend her to every English and Biology HSC student.

Service not satisfactory. Poor response times. It took a while to receive a response to my request for a tutor for my child. I was eventually provide with details of a tutor whuch I contacted. Unfortunately, I was informed by the person that they were not aware of my request and that they did not have any vacancies for my child.It was a waste of time for me and a disappointment. I was lucky a friend introduced me to a tutor and my child is now receiving lessons.

Admin was helpful with adjusting invoices to cater for our changing needs.Auto messaging was a little excessive on account setup.Needed to provide material for the tutor to work from but achieved good results overall.
