I dropped in to get assistance with downloading music on my Samsung phone. Carl was amazing. So helpful and did not make me feel stupid. I could have hugged him l was so grateful. Excellent service. Highly Highly recommended.

Clint and the team are brilliant.. I recently dropped my phone that had irreplaceable items on it .. they were extremely kind caring and patient and went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t lose the precious memories on my phone .If I could give them 10 stars I would :) :)

Rip off specialist more like it , My wife was Quoted $300 for a screen replacement for a iPhone 6 , I took the phone there the next day he quoted me $220 ,Had to go to melbourne so I got a quote down there $120 , how can they justify the price difference, I'suppose they would say Oh you got a cheap screen . But apple quoted $210 for a genuine apple screen repair , via a mail repair system with free postage , u didn't get my hard earned $ stuff ya ,

Do not get a new screen for Galaxy 7. I got one here cost me three hundred dollars. Now the camera doesn't work unless I take pictures through snapchat. And the audio volume won't stay down. Can't use my hands free without holding my phone to constantly turn the volume down. Guys were a great help Initially but no help after with camera issues. So haven't asked them about volume issues.
