I contacted MPower when I had issues with my air conditioning. I’ve had it for a while and wasn’t happy with service from another provider. I called these guys and spoke to Myles and he was so helpful and sent someone out in a couple of days. Others said I have to wait 2-3 weeks. But Myles said he will send someone on their way home. The guy came in in 15 minutes had diagnosed the issue and I got a call next morning with the cost and they will do it as soon as the part comes ii. It took 3 weeks but I received a call each week updating on the situation The part arrived was installed and the air conditioner worked. I then received a follow up call in a week to see if all is well and if I need anything else. THATS SERIOUS SERVICE something we see little of nowadays. They were professional in both their service and manner. Keep it up guys!
